@a_puma01 it's great how common this is. love asking when they last cleaned their pc out if someone asks why their computer might randomly keep shutting off or something because if they look really confused and say they never cleaned it, usually it's just a clean and reassemble job and there's no reason for me to have to troubleshoot the actual os for issues lol
