I am a person who is extremely dedicated to my OCs, so I like to talk about them a lot. But I feel like I have been annoying people, lately, when I talk about them. It feels kind of lonely when I want to talk about them, but not many people are willing to listen to me ramble away about them. Those that usually are, get pretty annoyed if I ramble on too much about them. So I don't really have any place to ramble on about my OCs and the lore of their stories..
@Yajuuraku It only just occurred to me after I looked back to find info about your OCs and saw their names, I used to follow you elsewhere a long time ago, and even commissioned you once! Small world!
I hope you find somewhere you're comfortable talking about them, I for one would love to learn more about them again here <3
@Yajuuraku Yeeee, if you're worried about discouraging people with long posts, a content warning for that (while mentioning the subject being OC lore) would still signal that it's there for those who might be interested, without risk of bothering anyone who doesn't want to read it
By my experience, it won't result in people skipping it either--folks on Fedi will still click through any CW if they see a subject that interests them
