Well, manager called me in at work and I swear she was purposefully phrasing things to keep me on edge until she told me she was more than happy to convert me from temp to perm.
Like literally.
"So, believe it or not, your three months are up!"
"Yeah, on the 16th, I believe."
"Yes, and so we have to discuss your temp overview sheet. Ask anyone, they all had the same evaluation."
*squeezing my hands nervously* "Mmhm?"

"We rate you on job traits, on a scale from 1 to 5. 1 being you did not exceed expectations, 5 being you greatly exceeded expectations."
"And I have to say... In my entire time working here..."
*visions of job searching again as she continues to torture me*
"...I don't think I've ever given as many 5s as I have today."
*tries to not make my relief obvious* "Oh, thank you!"
