I feel really inspired to try to make a character based on the early 2000s Poo-Chi toys, after seeing a character design I really like again that also took that as inspiration. Except mine should have translucent plastic, and bright colors.

It's tricky though since I'm not used to designing with these aesthetics.

Robot characters are way more interesting to me when they're made of plastic instead of metal, and look like toys. Ideally with LEDs snd such.

Or characters that are still fluffy but have synthetic/electric aspects like Maffi. I wanna see all sorts of peripherals as cute characters, and I haven't inspired anyone to do it, so I should.

Here's a rough draft of a toy robot dog character thing! The ears, nose, pawpads and tail are all green translucent plastic and it can all light up, sometimes involuntarily as a result of being too excited.

Trying to figure out how to work in the toy aspects more, or maybe I have enough anyway. Also I will need to figure out a name...

Trying to figure out a good name for her - I'm thinking maybe like, Catherine as a derivation from "cathode" but I'm not 100% sold on that.

I guess I'll keep trying stuff. But I'll also need to figure out an outfit that looks nice.

@elfi Yeah I might, if I don't find a name that feels "better"
