Are there any food-safe coatings that can be reliably applied to 3D prints?

@jaycie I know food-safe filaments exist for FDM printers, but in terms of SLA, UV resins are very much not by their nature. Not sure if the coating Kat talks about would make resin negatives safe for moulding, since it's a matter of wear and tear from both the moulding process and regular use, comparitively

Failing that, there are ceramic resins that can be glazed after firing, but that gets expensive
