Heads-up about Heroforge, read if you've used it (dense legalese excerpt included) 

@starseeker IANAL but this goes *way* beyond even the most generous of arse-covering, and might actually make them liable for any infringing designs on their site in a way that safe harbour doesn't protect

I was already suspicious of Heroforge when they stopped letting you save stuff in the browser cache and required you to make an account, but this is straight-up folly of them

@elfi @starseeker To this end, I feel that it is morally acceptable (and necessary!) to create as many copyright-infringing designs as possible to get them to remove this section from their terms.
