@welshpixie ooh, that sounds like it'd be easy to adapt to the instant pot
@welshpixie My dad got me one for my 29th birthday. They're surprisingly useful for making low-maintenance one-pot meals since they can be configured to sautee and then pressure cook.
just don't expect good result from its slow cooking function. It's just not the same without a proper ceramic crockpot
