I find it amusing that two of my friends are starting to make YouTube videos around the same time

Frankly a bit jealous they can just... make videos about what's interesting to them. I wanted to for a while, but I feel like people have high/specific expectations for what I would make.

Like, the kind of content I would do:
- Running wired VR on an Intel Arc GPU
- Adding support for random small stuff like IMUs in WMRv1 controllers in Linux
- Installing Gentoo on a phone
- Porting Linux to a phone what was slammed with cellebrite, with SoC that nobody mainlined yet
- Porting Rockbox to Creative Zen

...and I don't think it would be very interesting. Half of the people wouldn't have necessary knowledge to understand what's being done, and the other would just be bored/find issues with what I've done. I guess I'm just a boring person

Follow

@ellyqw let's see
- The arc would be a fun nostalgia to when I worked on the linux vr ecosystem
- I've never managed to penetrate writing a kernel module that does anything more than like.. a devfs node
- .
- More kernel hacking
- i would like a neato mp3 player and this would teach me more about them!

4/5 is really good, you should do it :p
