In my experience descriptive titles work best when there's almost no disturbing content in your posts. For really bad stuff like fascism or graphic violence then CWs with comma-separated items is the most appropriate.

Reminder that you can add more descriptive stuff to your CWs, like "pandemic, mask, plush, cute". Or even make it a descriptive title like "shark plush with face mask".
CWs don't have to be all gloom and doom if they adequately describe your content 😉
