@ExperimentV yeah mass surveillance will never really scale unless literally half of the population were full time snitches. Automated pattern recognition will never be able to beat human ingenuity in communicating with new terms/words. Not only that, but there are also never enough agents for the scope creep of what the agency should have to be doing to maintain "control". Reliance on mass surveillance at all should be a clear signal of incompetency as everything else in their power has already failed.
