My daily quest is to go do pull ups, so I am eating a carbs and protein heavy meal so I have the energy and bulk to really feel it. I have been feeling the need to do pull ups for weeks now, today I am actually doing it. My arms just need to be challenged.
Pull up machines and standing equipment in gyms are not enough I need to engage my entire core and body without shaking the thing over, or being forced into an awkward restricted position. Monkey ancestor time calls for me, and these sanitized mockeries of tree swinging are INSUFFICIENT 😤😤😤
