Trying out Davinci Resolve for Linux after 3 hours of setup and troubleshooting and workarounds. Starting to think sticking with Kdenlive for the primary workflow might be preferable.
@thufie it only worked well for me in a container like https://github.com/zelikos/davincibox and specifically the paid version but theres a cool thread on rutracker regarding it

@luna oh I got it working. I have to convert sources with ffmpeg, pass it special linking redirect enviroment vars for shared libraries, setup multilib pipewire with pipewire-jack, alsa, and pulseaudio, and then make a special application launcher with the workaround script. But I got it working.
Incredibly jank, but possible.
