build ARM OS images from my desktop (by emulating ARM)

this is definitely one of those cases where it would be nice if I could have multiple CPUs on my system, with one particularly being an aarch64 CPU that can run the code natively
like basically no systems exist that let you do this, but uh, I want it. give it to me. thanks

@clarfonthey in theory four CPU sockets at least are supported. In practice good luck finding a motherboard with two.

the CPU is so ingrained as part of the motherboard that it is unlikely that you're going to find one that supports two of the same architecture, let alone two different ones
