getting very heated over the fact that you could, if you chose to, get a retrofit adapter to turn a 2-port USB 3.0 motherboard header into a single USB Type-C port (you lose one because it has no orientation sensing like a real Type-C port)
you could also… if you really wanted to… use this adapter to convert two USB Type-A ports into one USB 3.0 motherboard header, and then use the previously mentioned adapters to turn that monstrosity into a single USB Type-C port…
@ticky I have a USB 3.0 cable in my drawer with male type-A plugs on both ends if you want an actual factual crime (it came with a busted card reader I fished out of the trash)
