@theonefreeman From what I had heard, since the homebrew community realized crash logs for homebrew titles were being sent to Nintendo and disabled sending such, the only people who have been banned are those who have done things like install pirated games, make their avatar a custom image, play modded games online, things like that.

I completely disconnected from any and all Internet on my modified copy of the Switch software to play it safe, and checking right now, my console remains unbanned.
