I do have sheet music for the melody part ! I've attached a screenshot of it - I can make a proper version tomorrow.
The melody is the same for the three stanzas. For the last stanza, it repeats the second half of the melody twice (hope that makes sense).
I might not sing it in that key - but the notes should be pretty close otherwise.
