every day i get more sure that we should live in small, tight knit communities each with rich and diverse cultures and each community should be empowered to govern however it wants only being bound to harm reduction principles with the only government overhead on top of this being enforcement of harm reduction principles and enabling anyone of any age to safely transfer between and become established in new communities
