was torn between the tree climbing and the grafting workshop, in the end gonna miss both lol

that's the thing with lifting, it *forces* you to sleep a reasonable number of hours like a fucking psychopath

there's always this one, tho :meru_drool:

I expect it to be disputed but most plantgirls will probably go for the exotics, might still be nice native insect-friendly friends for me

my loot, will talk about it later now I got a festival to attend:

South American plants:
- A magnificent Dyckia encholirioides from my native biome (Southern Brazilian mountains)
- A baby Billbergia brasilianensis bromeliad, will go great with my silver urns
- Nicotiana sylvestris (Andes tobacco)—this one goes outside in the warm months, the butterflies like them and they die in winter so they can't be invasive.

Native plants:
- Digiitalis purpurea (foxglove)
- St. John's wort
- (not visible in photo) a small violet

they didn't have many other natives as I fearead (common sage, which I already have). but I have a shipment of harder to find natives currently being prepared so late summer my garden will get a biodiversity boom

for those not into Latin, that's "D.
full of rage". She already painfully damaged my fingers like half a dozen times :BlobCatBlush: :bubbleheart:

> my loot

well that and a baby araçá. one more little araçá is ok right

and a Tillandsia setacea? you know, for the bathroom? one more T. setacea is ok, right? they're proper mounted and everything

and one entire fucking bloodapple tree? it's ok to bring one more tree for my balcony, right? I can have one little bloodapple tree, as a treat

that's actually 2 different apple varieties cos this is my first ever graft!! :blobcatverified:

everything was dirty cheap except the Dyckia encholirioides which cost 15€. I argued that it's a plant from my homeland and I should get a decolonisation discount, but all I got it down was to 12€. so decolonisation is worth about two Durstlöschers

now I only have to farmer's walk all these the whole way in the trip back home, easy peasy hahhha :oshirase_blobcat_muscle: 💦

still on the way and the new St John's plant (an antidepressant and transmasc ally) is already feeding insects :blobcat_thumbsup:
