@lyncia it's just markdown files, and there are lots of extensions for it so I'm sure you can do whatever export you want.

Keeping files synced between a phone and a PC is a little tricky, the easiest way is to pay for their service and the free method i tried ended up being more trouble than it was worth, but I think there are better methods nowadays.
