thinking about how when i was a child a tried to start reading percy jackjson but it started with "i'm a half-blood and it sucks" so i was like "oh it's about a boy who's sick and only has half the amount of blood in his body as usual :( not gonna continue reading this bc i'm sure it'll be full of hospital scenes and other scary stuff"

which given that half-blood literally just means "half god, half human" in the percy jackson universe is kind of a biig silly xd
