Some #WHY2025 presenters used AI generated images on their slides, which disrespects the audience, devalues the rest of the talk, and might not be compatible with the CC-BY licensing of the video recording. When are hacker camps and congresses going to have an explicit ban on slop?
@th I´d find an explicit ban problematic as I can see reason to have talks about AI genertated images.
@littledetritus @th Bans are always applied in context in any environment, so I don't see why this would be a problem.
