@mynameistillian@plush.city this looks bombastic I wanna try it
food, vegan
@mynameistillian @lgm In my own (recorded) recipes I usually just use the descriptors of "a lot", "a little", "tiny amount of", or no descriptor for an average amount, and I've found it to be more than accurate enough, so it'd probably be fine? Most ingredients don't need to be that precise

@joepie91 @lgm pot with water on the stove until it is boiling, then throw pasta in and stir it around and check until it's edible. then toss it in a strainer.
mince tofu. douse it in soy sauce but not too much. then cover it in starch, again, not too much. olive oil, pan. fry it until golden and partially crisp. after it's done turn the heat down a little and toss 4-5 spoons of tomato paste and add water until it has a saucy (but not watery!) texture.

toss 1.5 teaspoons of salt in and add some pepper, but if you fret, just add less, you can always add more later
chop up cilantro, i chopped it in medium sized chunks but you can go finer. toss it. chop up one onion, also toss it. mix it and leave on medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
after stuff's done serve spaghetti and pour the sauce over
tada
