I feel like I'm living in the future. Making vegan panini with plant-based bread, plant-based onion, plant-based mayo, plant-based sausage, plant-based tomato, plant-based cheese and plant-based butter. This feels both incredible and slightly cursed. We truly live in one of the timelines.
