English is better at accurate technical descriptions (not just for computers) but Dutch is a lot more emotionally expressive, and I prefer using a mix of both depending on the context

Tangentially, Flemish seems a bit *more* emotionally expressive to me than Dutch, but I don't really speak it

@thibaultmol I'm definitely no linguist either, these opinions are entirely from regularly using both and noticing which bits I have difficulty with in which languages + external observations of others speaking them :)
