Within two weeks, twice people used "pani" ("madam") when speaking about or to me.

Either it's a common automated reasoning that a person seen from the back, with shoulder-length hair, wearing a reporter bag, prefers that pronoun; or my brain translates the other incorrect gendered pronoun ("pan") into that.

I like the confusion and I hope they don't feel bad if they notice this.

@lukyan Back when my hair was less... sparse, I definitely noticed that it was my long hair seen from the back that made people assume 'feminine' (which was mostly just amusing to me)
