my parents circumcised me and my penis head after circumcision for some reason makes it hard for me to be a penetrative partner because it's actually being overstimulated for some reason to the point that any motion is actively discomforting or painful and makes me feel bad. gotta love how my parents made this permanent choice for me and there's nothing i can do to reverse it :) hahaha

@mynameistillian For what it's worth, there are various creams and lubricants available that 'dull' the sensitivity to deal with this kind of problem, usually sold as ways to 'prolong ejaculation' and such
