@xgranade@wandering.shop If they truly cared about 'scientific method' and 'rational analysis' so much, they would have recognized that their biological model was inadequate given that it cannot account for eg. intersex people, and it would therefore be irrational to continue believing in it.
Doubling down on it reveals that their 'rational view' really is just another religious belief that they do not wish to recognize as such.

@eloy @xgranade@wandering.shop This is precisely why I consider agnosticism to most closely align with my feelings on religion.

@joepie91 @xgranade I also feel like agnosticism does better align with the scientific method than atheism
