Could someone recommend any decent affordable (preferably around 10€ or less cause I'm broke 😭) PC case fans? I thought to look at Corsair cause that's what the ones I already have are (came with the case), but apparently they're mediocre and overpriced, and the cheapest one I found is apparently pretty bad anyway 💀

Update: Well, I ended up getting the Corsair I was originally looking at, it's literally the cheapest fan that's as quiet as my current ones are (probably cause it's not manufactured anymore and stores are trying to get rid of it)

@hazelnot Back when I set up my desktop there were some cheapo Noctua fans without speed control for around that price, but they are probably more expensive by now. Probably would help to specify what you are looking for in a fan because they're mostly commodity parts (buy anything) unless you have eg. noise or airflow requirements

@joepie91 I'm looking for a second front intake fan for my PC, that's all I know tbh

It has to be 120mm and... decent. Not too noisy I guess, if possible at that price 🤷‍♀️

The ones my case came with are Corsair SP120, but the non-RGB model (the 10€ Corsair fan I found is a Corsair iCUE SP120 RGB ELITE Performance, yes I hate that name too)

@hazelnot You might find tweakers.net/pricewatch to be useful, it's in Dutch but it lets you filter fans by the manufacturer-spec noise level, and then I'd suggest just picking anything that's a) sufficiently low in noise level at a first approximation, b) has at least 3-4 stars in reviews on that site, and c) is available locally.

Wouldn't worry too much about the specific fan tbh, a 120mm is a 120mm fan for the most part.

@hazelnot (One thing to be mindful of if you have a small form factor case is the thickness but you can filter by that)
