It seems that the link previewer on my instance does go on Nickelodeon but I'm trying on all of my devices and it redirects on my own website

It's the kind of company complex enough whoever has the rights to their IP in the US isn't the same entity as in every other country and I bet the IT guys in the US can easily lose track of who's still active

basically they deleted their site on a shared hosting service which also happens to be mine, left their DNS pointing there, and then told them I was the owner of that domain, and they just said, yeah, sure
