Yesterday I learned that the reason that many films and series seem to repeat information so often is that they are more "second screen friendly".

I.e. media is created these days to cater to people that are half focused, browsing insta or whatever while they are "watching" a movie on Netflix or whatever.

So media gets diluted and repetive solely because of those pretentions peeps with an attention span of a oh hey, I got a notification on my phone ttyl
