every single dispute costs me 15 euros, so im losing about 5 months worth of a subscription based on someone doing this
the person that did this was only subscribed FOR ONE MONTH
worst thing is, if you ask nicely i’ll even refund you the month that you accidentally paid for! going over my head and filing a dispute with a bank FOR THREE EUROS is fucking goblin level
@bram Are they aware of the chargeback fee? I've heard stories over the years of payment processors and banks actually *encouraging* people to do chargebacks, and those people being completely unaware of the costs of those on the 'merchant' side
