Can anyone suggest me some linkable sources that explain specifically how non-obvious bigotry works, and how to identify it as a moderator? Things like "just asking questions", misuse of statistics, and other forms that seem superficially legitimate if you're unfamiliar with their bigoted background.

(This is not for me; it's to have an all-in-one resource to link people to. So only sources that explain this in its entirety are useful, 'bits and pieces' are not helpful here, however well-intended)

@joepie91 I'm not sure it'll satisfy your requirement of being an all-in-one resource. It's too short to be all-encompassing, but I think it explains the basic principle very well.

When I was moderating a community a few years ago, I made this mandatory reading for any moderator.
