The plan:
- Homemade 'long-soaked' garlic sauce, using a specific vegan mayonaise (Zaanse Veganaise) and vegan yoghurt
- Vegan doner kebab with a *lot* of non-salt/MSG herbs and spices
- Freshly made fries from potatoes that have soaked in water for 24 hours and then been pre-boiled, to leech out the potassium
- 1 (one) tomato for the salad mix
- 'Young' cheese (non-vegan), which is relatively low in salt
