After typing out the same caption for the same image for like the fourth time...
Do... Do we have an image file format with alt text baked in??? Is that a thing? If it isn't, how??? And if it is, why aren't we using it?
@mdstevens0612 EXIF data can contain an ImageDescription: https://exiv2.org/tags.html and PNG has a Description text field: http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/spec/iso/index-object.html#11textinfo
