Adults used to say that when I get older, I'd want more and better furniture but honestly, the older I get the more I feel the pain of gigantic furniture because I like redecorating more than massive immovable things. (sent from me wondering how I can get rid of a huge hardwood Ikea desk - or even how and if I should disassemble it)

@masu It being an IKEA desk, it will very likely have those 'locking nut' things somewhere on the back or the inside of the cabinets, that you turn like halfway and then you can just slide out the panels from each other.
