ICYMI: this quarter's issue of a Dutch anarchist organization's magazine has been arriving late, damaged, and/or with an open envelope for tons of people, despite the neutral/blank design of the envelope. It's unclear what happened.

To be clear, this is very unusual for mail in NL. Mail normally arrives in pretty good shape.
