@blondino@c.im @tom4okstate@masto.ai So on the one hand, yes, more precise CWs are useful, but that also places more of a burden on the author, and I can understand that being a problem too. That's definitely a contextual "balance of interests" thing.
On the other hand, though, this isn't as much of a problem anyway as it might seem. The way a lot of people interact with CWs isn't to *avoid* those toots, but rather to look at them at a time where they feel able to do so. It's much more about "when" than about "whether" to look at it.
