it’s probably the first or second time I’m trying headphones with active audio suppression, is it normal if it’s not suppressing the audio at all, for me? It makes the outside world sound like it’s through an old radio, but that’s all. I don’t feel I hear it any less, and I even find it a bit grating
@Siph Definitely shouldn't be that way, no. I have QC35s, and (after an initial few days of an uncomfortable sense of 'air pressure') they just sound like I'm in a mostly sound-insulated room, with some sounds coming through in a muted-but-not-distorted sense. The degree of muting does decrease as the pads wear out, though.
