Forth dose of vitamin D today, the 20k IU doses I take twice a week. And, I'm able to go outside and sit in the sun. Like I actually wanted to. 🥰

Okay, back inside. River also got to be outside with me for a bit, and we practiced barking less, went decently. 😅 😂 🤣 😭
