the haunting of hill house is a great show, and especially the reveal that Nellie is her own bent-neck lady. but god that reveal sign where you actually see her fall and hang herself always hits me hard. mainly because that was how my ex went. and in that first week after she died I was terrified that I was gonna see her hanging there in my vision somewhere (this was way before this show came out lol)

even now when I'm really anxious that thought still kinda lingers there. it's so fuckin stupid but like. personal demons, yaknow
