I was supposed to be going to an exhibition today but I overslept :(
Delayed sleep phase has stolen a lot from me. I wish literally anyone or any institution even knew it existed

@galdrakinn hmm it was actually mentioned as common in people with adhd during my diagnosis, and 2 weeks in it seems the meds do help me a bit with staying in a more usual rythm (because im tired in the evening lol)
