I've been chewing on the problem of self hosted streams and discovery. Owncast and OSP both have webhook support so I've been puttering around with how hard it'd be to create an opt-in aggregator that would present a Twitch-like discovery experience (sans the trash, hopefully) backed by self-hosted streamers notifying the aggregator they're live.
I believe the big problem at the moment wouldn't be go-live notification, it'd be figuring out when a stream stops. Also the degree of honor-code that'd be involved here.

Maybe instead of perusing docs for the API calls I'd need to do a thing, I shoulda checked if the docs say it just does that thing :P
