I got a migraine on Friday night.

Went to bed in the wee hours with a scratchy throat and woke up feeling lousy with a sore throat on Saturday afternoon. Had a negative Covid test at that point.

Today my throat feels totally fine but I have had a mild and very infrequent cough.

Whenever I think I am feeling ok, I go downstairs and spending 3 minutes walking or standing is enough to make me feel like a zombie again.

Still have this occuring.

Me sitting: i really think I am feeling better, maybe I can take a shower.

Me, walking ten feet: oh my goddess, just take me now.

It’s literally been at least 5 years since I was this sick and it’s bizarre to me that somehow this isn’t COVID. Although, I talked to my ADHD med prescriber today via video, she mentioned that she was still getting over a non-COVID virus from a couple of weeks ago that seemed to have similar symptoms, so maybe this is just goin round.

@AudreyJune yeah it could be flu or something, can still fuck you up. There's also a thing with the newer covid strains where you have symptoms for a few days before testing positive (or never testing positive, not a 100% sure on that). the selftests are still a good indicator for actual transmitability though
