Matrix gripes/dissociation / hallucinations
Like, Matrix is great in some ways, but not all messages getting sent to all connected sessions/devices can become a little bit of a PITA,
especially if you got brain-fog and dissociate a lot. It's hard to know what you've said and not. And what's been sent to you.
I occasionally dream about receiving messages/notifications when I'm half awake (some would call this hallucinations), so ... yeah... It's freaky and annoying.

@lilletale @maloki right, with encryption stuff can still be weird, the events will still be there but you can't decrypt them everywhere. The events themselves getting lost should be very unlikely on Matrix, especially on the same account with different sessions
