@maia may not have been the mods, could be the user reporting it ticked the box to send it to your instance's mods.

unfortunately website boy didn't deem it necessary to determine if it's been sent by a user or copied along cuz a mod thought it was necessary to.

Also a shame that there's no sort of messaging protocol that could have been used to create some sort of thread of notes back and forth between the mod teams. Perhaps one day we will have the tech to send messages to other instances
