tl;dr:
- marching part of the demo was prohibited, massive police presence
- all this based on black bloc fearmongering (from wikipedia!!), and rumours of escalation of the protest 2 weeks before that. Absolutely baseless claims, 24 (8+ under-age) protesters arrested for "throwing rocks and destruction" with 0 evidence and 0 actual charges
