@extinct@redroo.ml ah I see, yeah the "public business information" section isn't filled in on my account, and also unchecked 'Show phone number on receipts and invoices'

the only thing shown in the top left corner of my invoices is the logo and the contact email, maybe it's a US thing to have the state/country there always but still very odd
