now typescript WONT let me give the third argument because it's CONVINCED it only accepts 2
fuck this garbage
anyways the typescript hell is over for now, I fixed the functionality and will hopefully not look at this project again for a good long while
it's like programming with side wheels but instead of stabilizing you they crash on purpose
