Need to learn and create a project in ReactJS and eventually Node in 8 days for a job posting. Any good practices and tutorials you recommend are welcome.

@thisdudemorgan also that most tutorials are bleh, and try keep your build stack as minimal as possible with just browserify (bundler) with babelify for ES6/JSX
#node.js and #reactjs on freenode are quite good (joepie91 who wrote that gist also regularly helps people out there)
which are also accessible thru matrix, either matrix.org bridge or via mine at #freenode_#node.js:pixie.town etc
