COVID-19 / asking for advice (UK)
I'm a local computer repair person/self employed. The government has announced that people over 70 will be told to stay at home within the coming weeks which effects a fair few of my customers. Obviously having a working computer means they can access the outside world and their family still so it's very important. I offer a free collection and delivery service already but what's the safest and least scary way to handle this contactlessly?

I'll be discounting for 70+ too btw, it's more important to me to keep everyone here connected and away from social isolation however I can.
I'm thinking asking them to bag it up and leave it on the drive and have me call them when I'm on my way and offer free phone support to get it plugged back in themselves afterwards?
However, is it then safe for them to receive it back in the same way? Is that a contamination risk at all?

@Shrigglepuss cleaning it with 70% alcohol would be best (higher percentage isn't better, it vaporizes before killing anything).
Plastics/metals like pc cases are surfaces the virus could stay alive on relatively long afaik

@Shrigglepuss yes I think so. For cleaning the best advice is: pour the 70% alcohol, wait till it vaporizes, then go over again with alcohol and a cloth straight away
